At Marano Riviera, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at info@maranoriviera.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maranoriviera.com. Include photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount follow the same return policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged by the buyer, or returned without original packaging.
